Creator Growth Manager

Join us as an Inbound Creator Growth Representative, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for creators who are exploring partnerships with Raptive. You’ll nurture inbound leads, answer questions, offer best-in-class industry advice, and spark excitement about the possibilities our platform unlocks.
In this role, you will guide creators through the onboarding journey—from the moment they apply to the moment they sign on with us. If you’re passionate, enthusiastic, and energized by the opportunity to help independent creators thrive, this role is for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Build Rapport & Tell the Raptive Story
- Quickly develop authentic connections with creators through phone calls, video chats, and email communication.
- Uncover the unique challenges of each creator and tailor your message to speak directly to their needs and goals.
- Share success stories and relevant case studies to illustrate how Raptive supports creators of all sizes and niches.
- Engage & Educate Prospective Creators
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on digital media trends, SEO, social platforms, and monetization strategies.
- Offer clear, concise, and engaging explanations of Raptive’s offerings, benefits, and unique value proposition.
- Guide the Onboarding Process
- Address inquiries on platform features, contractual details, and operational onboarding steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams (onboarding, operations, support) to ensure a smooth introduction to the Raptive network.
- Maintain High Energy & Passion
- Convey genuine enthusiasm for creator success and the broader creator economy—fostering a supportive environment that resonates with applicants.
- Keep creators excited about the journey from initial conversation to live partnership.
- Provide Market Feedback & Insights
- Document common questions, feature requests, and market trends; share these with product, marketing, and leadership to help refine messaging and solutions.
- Act as the voice of inbound leads, advocating for improvements that enhance the creator experience.
- Achieve & Exceed Onboarding Goals
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly team targets for qualified leads converted into Raptive partners.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks for prospective creators and work to find effective resolutions.
The skills and experience you bring to the job:
- Passion for the Creator Economy
- Prior content creation experience or a deep personal interest in blogging, YouTube, TikTok, or other creator platforms.
- Genuine curiosity and excitement about helping independent creators grow and succeed.
- Excellent Communication & Storytelling
- Ability to build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and articulate how Raptive’s solutions can address creators’ unique challenges.
- Comfort with phone, video, and email engagement.
- Customer-Focused & Empathetic
- Skilled at active listening, guiding prospects through questions, concerns, and aspirations.
- High emotional intelligence—able to connect authentically and offer personalized advice.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented
- Strong at managing a fast-moving inbound pipeline, including tracking leads, follow-up dates, and next steps in Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities and delivering timely responses.
- Industry Knowledge
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, SEO, social media platforms, and the broader internet publishing landscape.
- Ability to keep up-to-date on trends that impact content creators (algorithm changes, monetization strategies, new platforms).
- Collaborative Mindset
- Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to create the best experience for incoming leads.
- “All-hands-on-deck” mentality—ready to jump in wherever needed to ensure creator success.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer success, inbound sales, or account management experience (in any digital media or SaaS environment) is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zendesk.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
