The Manager, Email Technical Support & Implementation will lead email creation and management, provide technical support and troubleshooting for our network of creators, and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing client technical needs. This role will work within email capture tools and ESPs to implement engagement tactics and build optimized user journeys that drive results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Take the lead on building and managing weekly newsletters, including HTML-based email creation and deployment across multiple ESPs in collaboration with Email Account Managers
  • Build and manage email workflows, sequences, and automations across platforms such as Mailchimp, Kit, ActiveCampaign, FloDesk, and Klaviyo
  • Implement and optimize lead-generation tactics—including pop-ups, forms, and audience targeting—using tools like OptinMonster and other ESP-integrated platforms
  • Perform extensive QA on all tactics to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a high-quality user experience before deployment
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and designers on campaign timing, creative assets, targeting, and optimization
  • Serve as the technical point person for troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement to support efficient, scalable campaign execution
  • Proactively research and recommend new tactics and tools to expand creator campaign offerings as the email service grows
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, organization, and timely delivery

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • Experience building and managing email campaigns within ESPs, including automated sequences, audience segmentation, and targeted sending (experience with Mailchimp, and tKit preferred)
  • Experience creating custom-coded emails using HTML and CSS; familiarity with the MJML templating language is a strong plus
  • Comfortable creating and integrating pop-ups and forms using tools like OptinMonster, with attention to user experience and platform integration
  • Strong competence in the WordPress CMS platform, including theme and plugin management, and content creation
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Figma to collaborate on or implement visual assets
  • Experience with project management tools, especially Monday.com, to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics and the Google Suite for performance tracking and collaboration
  • Experience using middleware tools like Zapier to connect and automate marketing platforms
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven, with excellent time management skills in a remote work environment
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to take ownership of both routine and ad hoc projects
  • Self-directed problem solver, including working with platform support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
