We’re seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and impact-driven Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you’ll help transform raw data into actionable insights that inform product, business, and marketing decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reporting, perform deep-dive analyses, and surface strategic recommendations. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and maintain dashboards and recurring reports used by key stakeholders across the company.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business impact.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to design and execute analytical projects
  • Write clean, efficient SQL to extract, clean, and manipulate data from our data warehouse (Snowflake)
  • Use Python for data analysis and automation (e.g., pandas, NumPy, etc.)
  • Build lightweight internal tools and dashboards using Streamlit to enable self-serve insights.
  • Support ad hoc analysis needs and proactively identify data-driven opportunities.
  • Assist in improving data processes, documentation, and data quality
  • Present findings in a clear, structured way to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work on high-impact projects in a data-forward organization
  • Build data products and tools that directly improve team workflows
  • Exposure to a broad range of analytical challenges and stakeholders

The skills and experience you bring to the job:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytics or data-focused role
  • Proficient in SQL; comfortable navigating large-scale data systems
  • Solid Python skills for data wrangling, visualization, and scripting
  • Experience with Streamlit or interest in learning it for internal tool development
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for turning data into compelling narratives
  • Understanding of statistics and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, regression analysis)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a bias for action
  • Interest or experience in Generative AI tools or concepts is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Airflow and version control (Git)
  • An interest in Generative AI is a plus as we continue to explore its applications across the organization.
  • Experience with web traffic, content performance, or ad tech data
  • Background in working with marketing, SEO, or user engagement metrics
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
