Account Management Operations Associate

(Multiple states) - Full Time

Preference to be in the NYC and Chicago area with ability to come into the office two days a week.

Raptive is looking for an analytical and resourceful thinker to join our team. The Account Management Operations Associate role is perfect for a right and left-brained thinker who is eager to tackle a wide range of initiatives that will help support the account management team and accelerate our growth. Your mission is to execute tasks effectively and efficiently in order to drive success for our advertiser clients.

As part of an entrepreneurial team, you will make a direct and immediate impact. You will support our advertising Programmatic Account Management team, your client-facing counterparts. In your role, you will be responsible for evaluating daily trends, setting up private marketplace and programmatic guaranteed deals, pulling and formatting reports and managing our deal targeting systems. This is an excellent opportunity to get broad experience in many aspects of digital media, across both account management and operations!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring deals are set up successfully and launch without issue
  • Collaborating with account managers to understand and help meet client needs
  • Facilitating clear and consistent internal communication to ensure alignment on programmatic strategies and deliverables 
  • Assisting in the management and optimization of Salesforce opportunities, accounts, and contacts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Learning to interpret and synthesize market data via tools 

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics or related field preferred
  • Recent graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in digital media at a publisher, agency, platform or technology partner
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical/Excel skills and ability to interpret patterns across multiple data sources 
  • Proficient in quickly adapting to and navigating new online platforms
  • Team player with ability to work in an exciting environment
  • Self-starter with a natural curiosity and enthusiasm for learning
  • Experience in Google Ad Manager, comScore and SSP UIs (Index Exchange, Magnite, AdX, etc.) a plus

The base salary range for this position is $62,000-$70,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional  incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
