Marketing Operations Manager
We’re hiring a Marking Operations Manager to join the Raptive team! You will apply a solutions-oriented and project management skill set to plan, drive and execute on various technology projects and initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will partner with teams across the organization to support efforts focused on streamlining processes, maintaining and enhancing data and systems, coordinating large cross-team projects, and more.

What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with operations and sales teams to understand their process and their needs to develop solutions to drive efficiency and results, ensuring adoption of process, reporting, and technology solutions
- Project management for technical projects involving proprietary and enterprise applications as well as business process implementation, leveraging project management ‘standard’ lifecycle phases, inputs, tools, techniques and outputs as appropriate to Raptive.
- Assist in evolving the tech stack to meet the demand of the business including proposing systems and processes that address business requirements and challenges
- Work closely with technical teams to provide requirements and solution feedback
The skills and experience you bring to the job:
- You enthusiastically enjoy working with people.
- 3+ years of cross-functional operations project management background
- 3+ years of BA experience in a technical environment
- Experience crafting operations processes in concert with systems, data and team member supports like training and documentation
- Project management experience includes managing complex technical projects involving data migrations and multiple systems and experience organizing projects that span multiple teams that work in a ticketing system
- BA experience includes working with enterprise SaaS software
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Technically capable, excellent communicator with a desire to improve processes
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized and data-driven
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new things in areas that are not your expertise
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
- Change agent and motivator able to achieve alignment to a shared vision
These will set you apart:
- PMP, Salesforce BA certification and/or Six Sigma yellow belt
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Salesloft, Sigma and/or Mulesoft Composer
- Ability to write basic SQL

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$100,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
