Manager, Lifecycle Marketing - Community

Remote
Full Time
Mid Level

At Raptive, we’re building what’s next in online community spaces, connecting creators and fans in fresh new ways. Raptive’s Lifecycle Marketing Manager will oversee the notification and email marketing strategy for our community platform, enabling meaningful engagement for community members, driving key business outcomes, and delivering value to independent creators and their fans.

This hands-on role is responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns–from strategy and segmentation to buildout, testing, and performance analysis. The Manager will work in close partnership with the community leadership team and the Director of Email Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, product, and marketing stakeholders to deliver an impactful email, push, and on-platform notification experience for the community platform.

The ideal candidate is excited by the opportunity to implement a new Braze instance, and has experience executing push and email campaigns in Braze, with the ability to build personalized and dynamic messaging using Liquid tags and drive audience segmentation powered by intermediate SQL proficiency strategy and collaboration with engineering efforts as needed. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that requires strong attention to detail and a data-informed mindset.

If you’re passionate about lifecycle marketing and helping independent creators grow, engage, and succeed, we’d love to meet you.

This is a full-time remote position.
